Everyone here shares this account's plan and its pool of AI Extraction Units. This is not the same as adding a reviewer to a project — a reviewer is invited on the project screen, is unlimited on every paid plan, and is what independent dual extraction uses.

Download everything this account holds — projects, extractions, assessments, consensus records, instruments and the full event history — as a ZIP of JSON and CSV. The uploaded PDFs are not included; they are your own files and are subject to Havast's retention period.
Closing the account permanently destroys every project, document, extraction, assessment and instrument it holds. Nothing is recoverable afterwards.
One thing is kept. Your billing record — your name, email, account name and what was charged — is retained for three years so that EvidEpi can meet its accounting and tax obligations and can issue you a receipt if you ask for one later. It is not readable from the application and is deleted automatically when the three years are up.
Nothing is destroyed immediately. The account is scheduled for deletion 30 days from your request, and you can cancel at any point in that window.

AI extraction is refused while a closure is scheduled. Everything else still works, and you can still download your data.
