Pricing

One meter: the AI Extraction Unit. One Unit covers one document processed once against one extraction configuration. Documents over 50 pages count proportionally, and the cost of a run is shown before it starts.

What is never metered

Human extraction, assessment, reconciliation, consensus, export and figures are available on every plan, including Evaluation, and are never charged in Units. Running out of Units stops new AI extraction and nothing else: your projects stay readable, your work continues by hand, and your data stays exportable.

How Units are counted

• A failed extraction — a provider error, a timeout, an unusable response — costs nothing.
• Re-running the same document against the same configuration within 14 days of the first charged run costs nothing. Change the configuration and it is a new extraction.
• Units are pooled across the account, not divided per project or per person.
• Unused Units expire at the end of the term they were granted in.

Projects

Project limits count what is active at one time, not what you create in a year. Archiving a finished project frees a slot and keeps it readable and exportable.

Instruments

The instrument builder, unlimited instrument retention and reuse within your account are included at every paid plan. They are not a premium feature and will not become one.
